If you’re feeling like we’re feeling, it’s about time to get back to doing the things that inspire us. So let’s get out, get active, and come together virtually to fight cancer. There are three great ways to support 5 For The Fight this May, the 5th month.

- The 5K For The Fight
- The Lighthouse Ride: 20-minute scenic Peloton ride in Maine in honor or memory of loved ones
- The Do 5: Get creative with anything you can think of whether you do 5, 50, or 500 of them!
How to get on the Leaderboard
Join one of three leaderboards by uploading your activity.
For the 5K, please send us a screenshot of your time on your favorite fitness tracking app.
For Peloton, please send us your distance ridden for the 20 minutes.
For the Do 5 Challenge — no proof is needed; simply submit what you will be doing.
You can do this using the “Upload Results” which will open on May 21st.

We have three great ways for you to take part this year. Three ways to get your name on a leaderboard and have some fun.

All have leaderboards, choose one that suits you, please take part, have some fun and help raise money for a truly great cause.
Over the weekend complete a 5k run or walk
Challenge:
Run or walk a 5k
Leaderboard:
Entry your time using the upload form and check the leaderboard for your name.
What to do:
- Simply use your favourite running or walking app
- Complete your 5k
- Take a screen shot of your time
- Treadmill results are acceptable also
- Go to the upload form and complete
- Attached your screenshot proof
- Submit and that’s it
- Your name will appear on the leaderboard
Challenge:
Cycle as far as you can in 20 minutes
Leaderboard:
Enter your distance using the upload form and check the leaderboard for your name
What to do:
- Use your favourite app to record you distance
- Cycle as far as you can in 20 minutes
- Take a screenshot showing the distance and time
- Staionary bike results are acceptable also
- Go to the upload form and complete
- Attached your screenshot proof
- Submit and that’s it
- Your name will appear on the leaderboard
