Take to the streets, the treadmill, the track, the park… anywhere you like! And help raise $50,000 for cancer research with the largest virtual 5K.

People from around the world will be clocking up the kilometres between Friday, May 24th and Saturday, May 25th in support of 5 For The Fight – a global movement to crowdfund a cure for the hardest-to-treat cancers.

What is a Virtual 5k

A virtual 5K is just like any other 5K, but with one exception – you choose when and where you do it! You can run or walk in your local park, on a running track or even on a treadmill.

Go at your own pace and at a time of your choosing on the official race day or weekend and submit your time and you’ll have done your part.

Register and take part in a wordwide virtual race.


Run Walk

Recruit your family, friends and co-workers for a 5k (3.1 miles) challenge on a route of your choice at any location near where you live, work or hang out.  


Take Part

Ask your family and friends to join you, and create your own mini-event.


1. Simply register for the 5k.

2. Complete your 5k using the free Your Virtual Race app.

3. On race day, enter the "5 For The Fight Challenge" on the Your Virtual Race app.

4. Have fun and do your best- your time will be automatically recorded.

5. View the leaderboard on the website once the event has finished.

6. Receive your 5 For The Fight Medal.
